Pastor Korte was called to Bethlehem in 2001. He is married to Cindy, and they have three children: Grace, Matthew, and Faith.
Pastor is a 1986 graduate of Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne, Indiana. As Administrative Pastor, Pastor Korte has the responsibility to be the overseer of the entire Word and Sacrament ministry at Bethlehem. He is also responsible for establishing the tone, vision, direction and character of the congregation.
In his spare time, you can catch him riding his bike for 50-100 miles or attending events at Valley Lutheran High School where his kids attended and he is a former board member.
Pastor Buckhahn was called to Bethlehem in 1994. He is married to Etta and they have two children: Philipp Buckhahn and his wife, Amber; and Elizabeth, her husband, Travis Swartz, and their daughter, Hannah Rose.
Pastor is a 1978 graduate of Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, Missouri. As the Associate Pastor, Pastor Buckhahn works together with Pastor Korte as a team to accomplish the goals of the congregation in a united and efficient way.
Pastor Buckhahn is an avid fan of the University of Michigan (Go Blue!), the Chicago Cubs (this could be the year!), and the Peanuts gang, especially Charlie Brown. He is a Civil War Re-enactor, portraying a Union Chaplain, and is the Chaplain for the Department of Michigan of the Sons of the Union Veterans of the Civil War.

Alex is a native Michigander, born and raised in Saginaw. Growing up, he enjoyed singing and playing the piano. While in high school, Alex was blessed to be a part of a youth group with a strong sense of Christian community and godly leadership. It was during that time that Alex realized the healing power of art and music when paired with biblical truth. His desire is to see others grow daily in their relationships with Christ and one another. Alex graduated from Cedarville University with degrees in Worship Arts and Spanish. Prior to serving at Bethlehem, Alex served as the Worship Director at Coopersville Reformed Church in Coopersville, MI, as the Worship Leader at The Bridge Church in Tipp City, Ohio, and as the Worship Arts Intern at Grace Presbyterian Church of Silicon Valley in Palo Alto, California. Alex enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, and many other outdoor activities. If he's indoors, you may find him reading or writing.

Mr. Sharman became Youth Director and Bethlehem’s 6th grade teacher in 2009. He is a 2008 graduate of Niagara University, Niagara, New York. As Youth Director, Mr. Sharman oversees the Jr. and Sr. High Youth Groups as well as the Sunday School and Vacation Bible School now called Camp Bethlehem.
Ian is married to Rose, who cooks and bakes for many youth events. He has a large collection of flip flops and enjoys keeping up to date in technology. He loves to share the word of God in creative ways.

Paul's primary purpose is to manage the operational affairs of the church and school.
Paul has been married for 39 years to Sharon and they have three sons and four grandchildren. He has led many Bible studies and planned many events here at Bethlehem. Previously he worked at Delta College for 31 years as both Director of Training and Executive Director.
Paul enjoys traveling with Sharon, and his favorite destination is Culebra, Puerto Rico. He is working on perfecting his meat smoking skills and can often found reading a good book.

Stacey joined our staff in the fall of 2013 and is responsible for our church newsletter, bulletin, print mailings, social media, website and graphic design. Previously Stacey was the editor of a monthly digital scrapbooking magazine and taught digital scrapbooking classes to students online.
She has been married to Rev. Michael Stahl since 1992 and they have two daughters ages 16 and 10, who attend Valley Lutheran and Bethlehem Lutheran School respectively. She also enjoys public speaking at women's groups, gardening and photography, and she is currently taking graduate degree classes to become a school counselor. In 2015 she traveled with the Bethlehem team to Goodnews Bay, Alaska, on a mission trip as the women's Bible study leader and VBS music leader.
